JONAH EVANS
I am a designer, facilitator, and consultant based in New Orleans, Louisiana.
My work involves community building, organizational change management, and process facilitation. In general, I am compelled to ignite and sustain communities of people to make a difference in their world.
My clients have included 27 Fortune 100 companies, over a hundred colleges and universities, and many government agencies and nonprofits. I’ve even consulted for a neighborhood lemonade stand.
I’m not the smartest person in the room, but I can often get people to listen to the smartest idea in the room. I’ve been facilitating for more than half my life, helping groups of diverse people solve their toughest challenges.
In a world of wicked problems, relying upon experience from a single domain is limiting and can also be disastrous. As a result, I’ve sought diverse experiences and been surprised by the problems that can be solved when cross-pollinating ideas from different domains. I’ve founded companies, led political campaigns, and served on nonprofit boards. I earned my master’s degree in public policy at Harvard, where I received the Ash Center Fellowship for Democratic Governance and Innovation.
