Michelle Isaac Kelley
Michelle Kelley studied Accounting and Management with a concentration in Human Resources at Georgia State University and then later pursued her MBA, graduating summa cum laude.
She worked as a Controller for a manufacturing company and a logistics organization before joining theDifference almost ten years ago.
Michelle started on an accounting path at an early age. One of her first part-time jobs in high school was as an accounting assistant for a general contractor, which exposed her to the mechanical side of accounting. However, she soon realized that accounting was a strong career path for her, driven by her love for Human Resources and her aptitude for numbers.
Michelle possesses a unique management style in that she is willing to teach her team members as much as they want to learn and invests significant time in developing their skills. She firmly believes that one is never too old to learn, grow, and advance professionally and personally.
